Nearly 1,500 universities from all around the world are included in this year’s QS World University Rankings. 1. Indian Institute of Technology Bombay 

IIT Bombay is one of India’s top universities and has constantly been the top choice for Indian students interested in technical fields like computer science. 2. Indian Institute of Technology Delhi 

There are 19 Centres of Expertise under IITD. The institution now provides more than 85 courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. Six different schools and 16 departments under IITD are responsible for teaching these courses. According to media sources, the highest package (PPO) awarded during the first round of IIT Delhi postings in 2023 was INR 4 crore annually. 3. Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru 

One of the leading research institutions is IISc Bangalore. The institute now comprises 45 academic departments and 6 academic divisions. In addition, the institution includes six independent societies/centers and around 13 departments that report to the director. An active placement cell at IISc Bangalore organizes recruiting campaigns for qualified, deserving students every year. 4. Indian Institute of Technology (IITKGP) Kharagpur 

IIT KGP provides UG, PG, Ph.D., and other courses to students in Management, Law, Engineering, and numerous other fields of study through multiple departments and educational institutions of study. IIT Kanpur also provides BSc, BS, MTech, MSc, MDes, and MBA, along with a few Dual Degree options, in addition to its core program. Scores on entrance exams like the GATE, IIT JAM, CEED, and CAT determine admission to all degrees. 6. Indian Institute of Technology (IITM) Madras 

The Indian Institute of Technology in Madras is one of the top universities for basic and applied technological research in the country. Over 100 full-time/part-time/online courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels in Engineering, Science, Humanities, and Management are offered by IIT Madras through its 16 departments, and 4 national, and 10 institution research centers.
